Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Logistics Executive role based in Noida. The Logistics Executive will coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, manage transportation schedules, and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and partners. Responsibilities include tracking orders, monitoring inventory movements, preparing shipping documentation, and maintaining accurate records in logistics systems. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve delivery issues, optimize routes,



and support cost-effective logistics operations. The Logistics Executive will contribute to continuous improvement of supply chain processes, adherence to compliance requirements, and high service standards. Qualifications
- Strong customer service and sales orientation, with the ability to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and support account needs.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Practical experience in logistics management, including shipment coordination, transportation planning, and documentation.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles, such as inventory flow, lead times, and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency with basic office and logistics tools (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP or TMS systems) and attention to detail in data entry and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
- Ability to work in office in Noida and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; prior experience in logistics or operations is an advantage.
