- Portfolio Strategy (Commercial Real Estate) We are looking for a seasoned portfolio strategy professional to lead portfolio analytics, performance reporting, and strategic insights for a global real estate credit investment platform. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of real estate finance, portfolio management, data analytics, and technology, partnering with senior leadership to support investment decisions, enhance portfolio performance, and strengthen risk oversight.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead portfolio performance reporting, executive presentations, and analytical deliverables for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Develop dynamic financial models and sensitivity analyses to evaluate portfolio performance, returns, and risk exposure.
- Monitor portfolio composition and key loan metrics, including Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), to support informed decision-making.
- Partner with portfolio management, asset management, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, data-driven insights.
- Drive benchmarking, business plan reviews, and portfolio-level analysis to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Lead process optimization, reporting automation, data governance, and the adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
- Manage and prioritize team deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely execution across global stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 9+ years of relevant experience in portfolio management,



financial analytics, investment strategy, or business analytics.
- Exposure to real estate credit, private credit, commercial real estate lending, asset management, private equity, or related financial services.
- Strong financial modelling, quantitative analysis, and portfolio performance assessment capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of SQL, VBA, or other programming languages is preferred.
- Experience preparing executive-level reports, board presentations, and investment-related analytical materials.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and collaborate with global stakeholders, including offshore teams.
- A track record of driving process improvements, reporting efficiencies, and technology-led transformation.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, STEM, or a related discipline. CA and/or CFA qualifications would be an advantage.
