MEP Engineer

Relevant MEP execution experience Qualification: BE/B.
Tech in Electrical Engineering (EEE) Job Overview We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer with strong expertise in executing MEP works for commercial building projects with a built-up area of 2-3 lakh sq. ft. The candidate should have sound technical knowledge of electrical, firefighting, plumbing, elevators, and ELV systems, along with strong coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise MEP works for commercial building projects. Manage electrical, firefighting, plumbing, elevator, and ELV installations.
- Review and interpret MEP shop drawings and ensure execution as per approved designs and specifications. Manage subcontractors and monitor site progress, quality, and timelines.
- Handle fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP services.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors,



and other stakeholders.
- Liaise with government authorities for electrical approvals and statutory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to EHS standards, safety protocols, and applicable regulations. Mandatory Skills
- Experience in executing MEP works for commercial buildings with a built-up area of 2-3 lakh sq. ft.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, firefighting, plumbing, elevators, and ELV systems.
- Proficiency in MEP shop drawings, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and EHS safety standards.
- Solid coordination skills to manage subcontractors and work effectively with architects and services consultants.
- Good communication skills to ensure effective coordination with clients and stakeholders. Required Qualification Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering (B.
Tech EEE or BE EEE).
