Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and continuously improve production AI systems for healthcare documentation, coding, denial management, appeals, and revenue cycle workflows.
- Prototype new AI capabilities and convert successful experiments into reliable, explainable, and auditable production systems.
- Develop evaluation and feedback loops using expert review, production logs, model outputs, benchmarks, and business-impact metrics.
- Investigate system failures, implement targeted improvements, and validate gains in quality, reliability, cost, and operational outcomes.
- Set technical direction across a portfolio of AI projects, review system designs, and mentor engineers as a technical lead. Skills Required:

- 10 years of relevant software, machine learning, or artificial intelligence engineering experience,



including technical leadership of production systems.
- Strong experience building artificial intelligence solutions and production-grade AI systems.
- Hands-on expertise in agentic AI and AI agent architectures for complex business workflows.
- Deep experience with large language models and LLM-based application development.
- Practical expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems and grounding LLM outputs with enterprise knowledge.
- Ability to partner with research, machine learning engineering, platform, and product teams on model selection, infrastructure, and productionization. Valuable to Have:
- Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, and LangGraph.

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related discipline.
