Nagasandra, Bangalore (Opposite IKEA) Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Role Overview We are looking for a driven Technical Recruiter who can understand technical roles in depth and identify the right talent for them. You will partner closely with our hiring leaders and clients to deliver a small number of high-quality, well-screened profiles instead of a high volume of resumes.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and role-specific technical skill sets by working closely with hiring managers and founders
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, GitHub, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic and technical screening calls
- Assess candidates for hands-on technical depth, career consistency, and relevant project impact
- Shortlist and submit high-quality profiles, with the goal of closing a position with just 5 strong resumes
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage the candidate experience end to end
- Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates until they join
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment trackers




- Build and nurture talent pipelines for niche technical roles Required Skills and Qualifications
- Engineering graduate (B.
E / B.
Tech) with 1+ years of experience in technical recruitment (IT or product hiring)
- Good understanding of technology stacks, programming languages, and tech terminology
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, boolean search, and GitHub
- Ability to evaluate resumes for consistency, career gaps, and hands-on technical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong ownership, with a focus on quality over quantity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Good to Have
- Experience hiring for niche roles such as AI/ML, semiconductor/EDA, or endpoint engineering
- Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership
