Job Summary We re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Digital Services Platform Team, a small group dedicated to creating impactful fundraising solutions for customers across the UK, North America and Australia. Working closely with product, commercial and delivery teams, you will help shape and deliver solutions that generate customer value, unlock new opportunities and support some of the worlds leading charities. - Design, build and support custom websites, bespoke applications and APIs that extend and enhance our core platform capabilities
- Identify and validate new product and service opportunities through rapid experimentation, prototyping and iterative delivery
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and agentic coding practices throughout the software development lifecycle, from concept through to production
- Partner with Product, Commercial and Delivery teams to deliver regional and global initiatives, campaigns and customer solutions
- Support pre-sales activities by contributing technical expertise, effort estimation and solution design recommendations
- Provide technical leadership across application design and architecture, driving scalable, maintainable solutions while promoting engineering best practices
- Take ownership of the full software lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, production support,



security and operational excellence
