Qualifications And Experience 22+years of relevant experience across consulting, operations transformation, technology-enabled change and programme delivery,



with substantial exposure to India-based clients and/or delivery. 15+ years in a consulting organisation or consulting division of a service provider, leading or contributing to end-to-end transformation. At least 3 years supporting sales, pursuits or account growth, with experience creating executive presentations, proposals and solution narratives. Demonstrable leadership of multi-workstream programmes involving senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams and technology partners. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology or a related discipline. Relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt is preferred. Relevant industry, project/programme, process-mining, cloud, automation or AI certifications are advantageous. Leadership competencies Executive presence, structured problem-solving and a hypothesis-led consulting approach. Excellent written and verbal communication, storylining, facilitation, negotiation and stakeholder management.
