We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AI Annotation Team Lead to lead our data annotation team while actively contributing to the annotation process. This is a hands-on role that requires performing word alignment and annotation, along with ensuring high-quality output, reviewing team deliverables, and maintaining productivity across the team.

Key responsibilities
• 4 hours hands on reviewing, alignment, rating and annotation
• 6 hours quality assurance, coaching, mentoring Deliverables
- Team should meet daily throughput within quality metrics Must be capable of leading up to 50 people, taking ownership of team quality, throughput, coaching, and results, working flexible or extended hours (including Saturdays), and thriving in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment while driving team performance. Preferred Certification:



Candidates with recognized advanced-level language certifications in any of the following languages are preferred. Equivalent qualifications are also accepted.
• Spanish (Spain) DELE C2 or SIELE (C1/C2-equivalent proficiency)
• German (Germany) Goethe-Zertifikat C2
• French (France) DALF C2 or TCF C2
• Italian (Italy) CILS Quattro-C2, CELI 5, or PLIDA C2
• Portuguese (Brazil) Celpe-Bras – Avançado Superior
• Japanese (Japan) JLPT N1
• Chinese, Simplified (China) HSK Level 9 (HSK 7–9); alternatively, HSK Level 6 under the established six-level system
• Korean TOPIK II – Level 6
