The ideal candidate will have experience in academic counselling, student admissions, or educational sales, preferably in a professional training academy. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students about drilling and oil & gas training programs, handling enquiries, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding drilling, oil & gas, hr courses and related training programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve admission targets and contribute to the academy's growth.
- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups,



and student admissions.
- Build positive relationships with students and guide them throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth admissions. Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counselling, admission counselling, sales, or a related field.
- Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in academic counselling or admissions will be given preference.
- Experience in a training institute, educational institution, or professional academy is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about drilling and oil & gas training programs.
