We are looking for an experienced QA professional with approximately 5–7 years of experience who can take ownership of quality across projects and grow into a QA management role. This is not only a testing execution role. The person should be strong in hands-on QA, but also capable of mentoring junior team members, improving QA processes, identifying risks early, working closely with delivery teams, and helping build stronger quality practices across projects. Key Responsibilities
• Own QA activities across assigned projects from requirement review through release.
• Identify quality risks early and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Review test cases, regression coverage, defects, and release readiness.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members.
• Improve QA processes, standards, checklists, and reporting.
• Participate in root-cause analysis for production issues.
• Work with Developers, BAs, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality concerns.
• Help improve automation coverage and testing efficiency.
• Track meaningful QA metrics and provide visibility into quality risks.
• Gradually take greater responsibility for QA team supervision and practice management. What We Are Looking For
• Around 5–7 years of software QA experience.
• Strong functional, regression, integration, API, and defect-management knowledge.
• Exposure to automation testing.
• Experience owning QA for projects or releases.
• Experience mentoring junior team members is preferred.
• Robust communication, ownership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
• Interest in growing into a people-management and QA leadership role. The ideal candidate should not only ask “What should I test?” but also think “What could go wrong, why did it happen, and how do we prevent it next time?”
