Key Responsibilities
• Manage the technical procurement of UAV electronics, avionics, sensors, RF components, and other mission-critical electronic systems.




• Coordinate closely with Engineering teams to understand BOMs, technical specifications, approved components, and procurement requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop qualified aerospace-grade suppliers and vendors for electronic and avionics components.
• Plan and manage the procurement of critical and long-lead components to ensure uninterrupted UAV development and production schedules.
• Ensure component traceability and implement appropriate controls to minimize counterfeit, unauthorized, obsolete, or non-conforming component risks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable import/export controls, defense procurement requirements, and relevant aerospace procurement regulations.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance across Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD), while proactively identifying and mitigating supply-chain risks.
• Drive cost optimization and commercial negotiations while maintaining required aerospace quality, reliability, technical specifications, and delivery commitments.
