Key Responsibilities
• Manage the technical procurement of UAV structural components, aerospace-grade materials, composites, and structural assemblies.




• Coordinate closely with Design, Structural Engineering, and Quality teams to understand BOMs, drawings, technical specifications, material requirements, and structural procurement needs.
• Identify, evaluate, qualify, and develop capable aerospace-grade suppliers for aluminum, carbon-fiber composites, prepregs, laminates, Nylon, machined parts, and structural assemblies.
• Manage the procurement of critical and long-lead structural materials and components to ensure uninterrupted UAV development, assembly, and production schedules.
• Ensure material traceability, quality documentation, certifications, and supplier compliance for aerospace-grade materials and structural components.
• Conduct and support supplier evaluation, capability assessments, and supplier audits to ensure adherence to required quality, manufacturing, and aerospace standards.
• Monitor supplier performance across Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD), while proactively identifying and mitigating supply-chain, capacity, material availability, and sourcing risks.
• Drive cost optimization and commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, structural requirements, aerospace quality standards, and applicable export/defense procurement regulations.
