• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for various products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure favorable terms for the company.
• Regularly assess vendor performance and address any issues or concerns promptly. Procurement Strategy
• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of procurement needs. Budget Management
• Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage the procurement budget.
