Job Objective To drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis by providing data-driven insights, improving financial visibility, and supporting strategic decision-making through advanced analytics and emerging AI-enabled tools.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Budgeting
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Prepare detailed financial models to support business decisions and growth strategies.
• Monitor budget vs actual performance and highlight key variances. Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Track key financial KPIs such as revenue, margins, cost drivers, and profitability. Business Partnering
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, procurement) to understand business drivers.
• Provide financial insights to support pricing, cost optimization, and investment decisions.
• Support leadership with scenario planning and decision-making analysis. Cost Control & Performance Monitoring
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operational and overhead costs to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions. AI & Digital Finance Initiatives
• Leverage AI-based tools for financial forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.




• Drive automation of reporting processes using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and AI-enabled platforms.
• Utilize data analytics and machine learning concepts to enhance financial insights.
• Work on integrating finance systems with digital tools to improve data accuracy and decision speed. Compliance & Governance
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, financial policies, and internal controls.
• Support audit processes and ensure accurate financial documentation.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in financial systems. Core Competencies

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• Additional certification in Data Analytics / Finance Automation / AI (preferred) Experience
• 8–12 years (for Analyst/Senior Analyst) in FP&A;, financial planning, or business finance roles
