• Ensure a robust internal control framework across the Accounts Payable function.
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations while meeting defined SLAs and turnaround times (TAT), and proactively drive adherence to reverse SLAs from stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4 to 5 members, fostering accountability, development, and high performance.
• Maximize SAP utilization by leveraging system capabilities to improve efficiency, controls, and reporting.
• Identify and drive automation initiatives to streamline Accounts Payable processes and enhance productivity.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives, process improvements, and organizational initiatives.
• Month-end closing activities and quarterly audit support
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, tax, regulatory, MSME and company policy requirements related to Accounts Payable.
• Develop and enhance analytics, dashboards, and management reporting to provide actionable insights and support decision-making. Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
• Mature finance professional with 8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, reporting, automation and related compliance activities.

Com / MBA Finance with solid academic credentials
• Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of SAP is mandatory; ability to leverage SAP capabilities for process optimization and reporting will be highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures.
• Exposure to process automation, digital transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects is desirable. Additional Notes The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing routine.
