• Hands on experience on 3D CAD tool and handling DMU/Vehicle CAD Model. Harness routing with electrical attributes

• Should be able to take ownership in handling project from concept to product implementation.

• Should be able to Handle 3D component library preparation and maintenance.

• Should be able to perform harness routing with electrical attributes.

• Hands on experience on PLM, TeamCenter

• Exposure to auto component assemblies and processes.

• Packaging of electrical components in modular form. (HMI, Modules, PODs, ECUs, Lighting, Sensors, clusters, Displays, cameras etc)

• Design mounting arrangements for components.

• Packaging for EV components, LV, HV cables





• Should be well versed with vehicle Manufacturing

• Should be able to perform DFA, DFM

• CAD designs for wiring harnesses & parts.

• Creating 2D flattening in capital harness, Generative, synchronization with capital logic.

• Positive knowledge of component & Technology. (EV, ADAS, Hybrid) Hands on exp.

• Vehicle Electrical integration, Integration of new Electrical features

• Build info-fitment drawings for vehicle assembly

• Should be expert in ECM in PLM and release systems

• Project management

• Client coordination
