Job Overview

Tata Toyo Radiator Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with job portals, strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and support functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support recruitment drives and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

- 3-4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience using Naukri and other job portals.
- Robust sourcing and screening capabilities.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work from the TTR Chakan Plant.

Qualification

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent-Preferred

This role is initially offered on a 6-month contractual/Retainer basis. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for future opportunities with the organisation based on business requirements. However, please note that we are unable to provide any commitment regarding conversion to an on-roll position at this stage.
