Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Ltd is urgently hiring for the post of Recruitment Executive.

Location : Ahmedabad

Experience Required : 0-3 Years

Responsibilities :

- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and qualified platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri.com etc)
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Empanelment with recruitment consultancies and coordinating with them for open positions on daily basis.
- Minimum Qualification : Any Graduate
