Job Description

You will lead the technical side of our sales process for Salesforce projects. You will understand the client s business problem, design the right solution across Salesforce clouds, and help us win and close the deal with a clear, realistic plan.

Responsibilities

- Join discovery calls, understand client pain points, and turn them into a clear Salesforce solution
- Design end-to-end architecture across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Commerce, CPQ/Revenue, Data Cloud, and Agentforce
- Run product demos and proof of concepts (POCs) tailored to the client s use case
- Prepare solution documents, architecture diagrams, effort estimates, and SOWs
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs with robust technical and commercial answers
- Present to CXOs, IT heads, and business teams, and handle objections with confidence
- Work with the sales team on deal strategy, pricing, and timelines
- Suggest new ideas, such as AI, automation, and data unification, that add value beyond the original ask
- Hand over cleanly to the delivery team and support the project in the first phase

Requirements

- Strong hands-on knowledge of at least 2 or 3 Salesforce clouds and good working knowledge of the rest




- Solid understanding of data model, security model, integration patterns, and governance
- Experience with APIs, MuleSoft or similar middleware, and ERP/third-party integrations
- Knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, and the limits of the platform
- Experience with data migration and org strategy (multi-org vs single-org)
- Excellent communication, demo, and storytelling skills

Good to Have

- Industry experience (BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, etc.)
- Tableau / CRM Analytics, Slack, Field Service
- Experience working with a Salesforce partner or SI

Certifications

- Must: Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect, or at least 2 consultant certifications
- Plus: Data Cloud, Agentforce, or Marketing Cloud certifications

What Success Looks Like: a good win rate on qualified deals, accurate estimates, and smooth handover to delivery.
