Role & responsibilities

The position will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities across a broad range of non-textile products, with primary focus on Chemicals, Resins, Films and other related industrial materials. The role is not restricted to a single product category and will require the candidate to understand different products, customers and market requirements. Composite materials are excluded from the present scope.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Preferably 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
- Experience in Chemicals, Resins, Films, Polymers or other industrial products will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
- Manager level or below, depending on the candidate's overall experience and suitability.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.




- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Clear and structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Professional, positive and customer-oriented personality.
- Strong learning ability and willingness to understand current products and markets.
- Comfortable handling multiple product categories and working with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- The selection should focus not only on previous industry experience but also on the candidate's overall potential. Particular importance should be given to English communication, clarity of thought, interpersonal ability, professional attitude, character/personality, adaptability, learning ability and business development mindset
