About the Role: Handle inbound customer queries from US/UK clients via Voice and Chat. Assist customers with issue resolution, troubleshoot queries, and maintain high service quality.
Key Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English (explicit grammar, accent, and listening skills)
- Both Freshers (with excellent English) and Experienced candidates can apply.
- Open to working in US/UK night shifts
