Responsibilities

- Timely execution of Solar PV orders
- Project management planning milestone setting as per PO commitments
- Planning, mobilizing leading the team of Installation engineers
- Co-ordination with Engineering team for timely design completion
- Co-ordination with Purchase team for timely procurement of required materials
- Co-ordination with respective Installation Engineer managing site installation/execution contractor
- Find fix site issues and handling customer complaints
- Co-ordination with Govt. / Statutory authorities respective channel partners for NOC, Net-Metering, Site clearances etc
- Performance monitoring of various PV installations

Technical Skills / Key Skills

- Ability to lead Installation team for Solar PV rooftop/ground Projects




- Positive team management skill
- Good knowledge of Solar PV System
- Experience in Solar PV Installation
- Value good engineering practices
- Positive Attitude
- Willing to learn work hard
