Looking for a hands-on qualified with strong experience in production management along with purchase/procurement and coordination of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and coordinate production operations and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
- Plan production requirements, capacity, schedules and output.
- Coordinate procurement and availability of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials required for production.
- Manage vendors/suppliers, negotiations and timely material supply.
- Ensure production is carried out as per defined quality standards, processes and SOPs.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Sales, Supply Chain and other internal teams.
- Monitor inventory and identify/res.
- Manage production-related manpower and operational requirements.
- Identify bottlenecks in production/material availability and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with manufacturing partners and external production facilities wherever applicable.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.
Preferred Experience:
Candidates with experience in FMCG / Food & Beverages / Dairy / Pharmaceutical manufacturing will be preferred.
Experience in any of the following environments will be an advantage:

Ideal Candidate:
- Hands-on experience in plant/production operations.
- Experience in RM & PM purchase/procurement and coordination.
- Strong vendor and supplier management skills.
- Good understanding of production planning, materials, inventory and quality processes.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving ability.
- Candidates based in Ahmedabad or nearby areas preferred.
Candidates with a combination of production ownership and RM/PM procurement experience will be strongly preferred.
