You will bridge the gap between data and physical design. You will take raw client inventory data, analyze it to find bottlenecks, design optimized layouts/workflows, and guide CAD designers and equipment vendors to build high-efficiency warehouses.
- Data Analytics: Build Excel models for SKU profiling, storage capacity, and throughput.
- Layout & Process Design: Select the right storage racking, Material Handling Equipment (MHE), and automation workflows.
- Client & Vendor Management: Conduct in office operational audits, present pitches to clients, and validate vendor technical drawings.
- Documentation: Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and build resource/costing models for 3PL RFPs.
