Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in App Install Marketing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. The candidate will be responsible for driving app installs, user acquisition, lead generation, account openings, and customer growth through data-driven paid marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google App Campaigns, Meta App Campaigns, Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Drive quality app installs and user acquisition, optimizing CPI, CPA, CAC, retention, ROAS, and LTV.
- Manage the complete funnel from Ad Install Registration KYC Account Opening First Transaction Active Customer.
- Monitor and optimize campaign budgets, audiences, creatives, bidding, and placements.
- Manage Meta and Google conversion tracking and troubleshoot tracking discrepancies.




- Work with AppsFlyer/Firebase, GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI, UTM tracking, and deep linking.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
- Have working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, WhatsApp Ads, Quora Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads.

Required Skills

- 2–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing / App Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in App Install & User Acquisition is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of AppsFlyer/Firebase, GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI, and attribution.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Experience in Fintech, BFSI, Investment, Insurance, or Financial Services will be an advantage.
