Role Overview

The interns will support operations across Tiigers of Kolkata in the Indian Street Premier League (ISPL) Season 3 and Tiigers of Mumbai Dangals in the Pro Wrestling League (PWL). The role will involve team and franchise operations, athlete and coaching staff coordination, training and camp logistics, matchday execution, venue coordination, travel and accommodation logistics, and liaison with league officials, vendors, production and event agencies across both properties.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise & Team Operations

- Support day-to-day operational requirements for Tiigers of Kolkata and Tiigers of Mumbai Dangals, as assigned.
- Assist with team schedules, training and practice arrangements, venue readiness, equipment and operational checklists.
- Coordinate team requirements with franchise management and league operations teams.

Player, Coach & Logistics Coordination





- Coordinate professionally with players, coaches, support staff, league officials, vendors and event agencies.
- Assist with player onboarding, registrations, documentation and team communications.
- Support travel, accommodation, local transport, meals and other team logistics for camps and league events.

Matchday & Event Execution

- Assist with team arrivals, practice schedules, matchday operations and venue coordination.
- Coordinate with production, broadcast, marketing, security and event management teams as assigned.
- Assist with branding, merchandise, sporting equipment and on-ground requirements; escalate issues promptly to the reporting manager.

Administration & Reporting

- Maintain accurate trackers, schedules, player records and operational documentation.
- Assist with vendor follow-ups, event reports, status updates and post-event documentation.
- Coordinate with league officials, venue teams, production, broadcast, security, marketing and event agencies as assigned across both properties.
- Support ISPL team operations for Tiigers of Kolkata, including player logistics, practice schedules, matchday requirements and league coordination.
- Assist with competition-related schedules and athlete requirements, including coordination with wrestlers, coaches and support staff.
- Support training camps,



practice arrangements and team requirements for Tiigers of Mumbai Dangals during the Pro Wrestling League campaign.

Property-Specific Operations

Candidate Profile | Who Should Apply

- Students or graduates pursuing MBA, BMS, BMM, Sports Management, Event Management or a related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in event management, sports operations, tournaments or activations is preferred; sports project experience is an added advantage.
- Strong work ethic, accountability, discipline, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with athletes, coaches, vendors, agencies and internal teams.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel and work in a energetic, fast-paced environment, including matchdays and weekends.
- Must be available full-time for the internship period, October 2026 to February 2027.
