Evaluate market demand and identify industrial machinery trading and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, industrial asset sellers, buyers and global business partners.
• Develop, audit and maintain energetic financial models for machinery investment proposals and asset-backed transactions.
• Analyse and reconstruct financial statements to assess liquidity, debt capacity and financial viability.
• Evaluate lending/borrowing structures, capital management, investment returns and transaction risks.
• Support commercial negotiations and assess the financial feasibility of machinery and heavy-equipment transactions.
Skills:
Strong combination of mechanical engineering knowledge and financial expertise.
• Hands-on experience in financial modelling, investment analysis, asset valuation and capital investment.
• Sound understanding of corporate finance, lending, borrowing and capital management.
• Comfortable working in an international trading-house environment.
