nology Services is seeking an ERP Implementation Lead with around 8 years of experience to lead ERP implementations for small and mid-sized enterprises. The role centres on a modern SME-focused ERP platform comparable to ERPNext and SAP Business One. The successful candidate will quickly master this platform, become its internal subject-matter expert, and lead full-cycle implementations from discovery through go-live and hypercare. Beyond individual projects, this leader will build and mentor a delivery team capable of running multiple implementations in parallel. They will also help establish repeatable methodologies, templates, and accelerators. With the company also developing an ERPNext implementation practice, the role offers the opportunity to shape Lithy Trees ERP offering and deliver measurable business value to growing enterprises.
Key Focus Area: End-to-end ERP implementation, suctioning, and delivery across business functions. ERP practice leadership, team building, client management, and pre-sales.

Years of Experience

- Around 8 years of experience in ERP consulting and implementation, including at least 4 years leading implementations as a Project Lead or Lead Consultant.
- Successful delivery of at least 35 full-cycle SME implementations on ERPNext, SAP Business One, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or a comparable ERP.
- Hands-on ERPNext / Frappe experience strongly preferred; exposure to manufacturing, distribution, trading, or services industries is an advantage.

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementations for SME clients: discovery, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, data migration, UAT, go-live, and hypercare, following a structured implementation methodology.
- Rapidly learn the recent ERP platforms modules, configuration options, workflows, reporting, and customisation framework, and become the internal subject-matter expert; build reusable configuration playbooks, templates, and implementation accelerators.
- Conduct business process workshops across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Manufacturing, Finance and Accounting, and HR/Payroll; map requirements to standard functionality and minimise unnecessary customisation.
- Own project delivery, including project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, risk and issue logs, and change requests; provide clear status reporting to client leadership and Lithy Tree management while managing multiple implementations concurrently.
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of functional consultants and developers; define roles, onboarding, training paths, and delivery standards so the ERP practice can scale.
- Oversee the migration of master data and opening balances, and guide integrations such as GST e-invoicing, e-way bill, banking, payment gateways, and e-commerce; ensure reports and dashboards meet client needs.
- Support pre-sales activities, including product demos, solution proposals, effort estimates, and statements of work, for both the new ERP and ERPNext; contribute to the go-to-market approach for SME clients.
- Deliver end-user training, produce implementation documentation (BRDs, functional design documents, SOPs, user manuals), and drive post go-live adoption and continuous improvement.

Skills Technical Skills:

- ERP platforms: ERPNext (Frappe Framework)



and SAP Business One; exposure to Odoo or Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
- Configuration and customisation: workflows, custom fields and doctypes, role permissions, print formats, and approval hierarchies; a working understanding of Python/JavaScript (Frappe) is helpful for guiding developers.
- Data and reporting: data migration templates and import tools, SQL, advanced Excel, query and script reports, and dashboards.
- Integrations: REST APIs, GST e-invoicing / e-way bill, banking, payment gateway, and e- commerce integrations.
- Delivery tools: Jira, Asana, or MS Project; Confluence or Notion; MS Office suite.

- Strong functional knowledge of core SME business processes, including finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and manufacturing, as well as Indian statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and e-invoicing.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new ERP platforms quickly, evidenced by hands-on work across more than one ERP product.
- Sound project and delivery management skills, including estimation, scope control, stakeholder management, and running parallel projects.
- Team-building and people leadership experience: hiring, mentoring, and developing consultants to deliver independently.
- Client-facing consulting and pre-sales capability, with the confidence to advise business owners and CXOs.
