Position: Head – Talent Acquisition
Experience: 10–15 years
Qualification: MBA – 2-year Full time programme from a reputed institute
CTC: 35–50 Lakhs
Role: Individual Contributor
The mandate is to lead Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on CXO and senior leadership hiring, talent mapping and executive search.
Key requirements:
- Strong CXO / leadership hiring experience
• Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and passive candidate engagement
• Talent mapping and market research capability
• Strong stakeholder management and communication
• Ability to independently manage mandates from sourcing to closure
• Excellent personality and executive presence
Target Companies: Management Consulting, Executive Search, BFSI, Investment Banking, PE/VC, Executive Searc/Recruitment firms.
