The role involves recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding support and day-to-day HR activities.

Role & Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment, sourcing and screening candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain employee and recruitment records.
- Support onboarding and HR documentation.
- Assist the HR team in day-to-day activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- BMS/BBA/MMS/MBA/PG in HR or pursuing HR-related studies.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Freshers are welcome.
- immediate joiner.
