Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage cost estimation projects from start to finish, delivering high-quality results.
- Conduct thorough rate analysis and quantity surveying to determine project costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop detailed estimates, reports, and presentations for clients on project progress and recommendations.
- Analyze data and provide insights to optimize project costs and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary information for project estimates.

Job Requirements :

- Strong knowledge of highways infrastructure development projects' requirements is essential.
- Proficiency in Costing, Rate Analysis, and Quantity Surveyor software tools is required.
- Experience in Quantity Surveying, Rate Analysis, and Cost Estimation is preferred.
- A solid understanding of project management principles and practices is needed.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
