Experience working in Agile delivery environments with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software is required. Nice-to-have skills include exposure to or genuine interest in financial markets, investment management,
or capital markets workflows , experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake or equivalent , familiarity with agentic frameworks or AI-powered application development , and experience working in multi-vendor, enterprise-scale environments .
