- Prepare, review and coordinate MEP drawings for projects.
- Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural drawings.
- Work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting and utility systems, as applicable.
- Review MEP BOQs, technical specifications and material requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and consultants.
- Conduct site visits and monitor MEP installation/execution.
- Identify and resolve drawing/site coordination issues.
- Review contractor/shop drawings and ensure alignment with approved designs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Indian Codes, NBC and applicable standards.
- Support project teams in MEP planning, execution and documentation.
Key Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.
- MEP drawing preparation and coordination.
- Understanding of BOQs and technical specifications.
- Vendor/contractor coordination and site execution experience.
- Knowledge of relevant Indian codes, NBC and applicable standards.
- AutoCAD/MEP drafting knowledge preferred.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
