We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Executive Sales to join our team in Noida.
The role will have a strong focus on sales execution and sales-team coordination, along with and marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for working closely with the field team, distributors and doctors, monitoring market performance, supporting sales growth and executing both on-field and off-field marketing initiatives for our Homoeopathic and Herbal product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve product-wise and territory-wise sales objectives.
- Monitor field-force performance, tour plans, DCRs, targets and market activities.
- Conduct market visits and work with doctors, distributors and retailers to drive business growth.
- Support doctor working, prescription generation and distributor management.
- Identify current market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Conduct and support CMEs, RTMs, product campaigns and other doctor engagement activities.
- Provide product,
promotional and selling inputs to the field team and support sales-force training.
- Coordinate promotional materials including VAs, LBLs, posters, danglers and other POSMs.
- Analyse sales and market data and prepare regular sales and management reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, Design and other teams for smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales / Sales & Marketing / Product Management.
- Pharma field-sales experience with doctor and distributor handling preferred.
- Experience in Homoeopathic, Herbal or Healthcare products will be an advantage.
- B.Pharm / B. Sc / MBA Pharmaceutical Management preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, analytical and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel for market visits, doctor meetings and CMEs.
