Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and screen candidates for IT positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial interviews with potential candidates to assess their technical skills and fit for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in C2H (Contract Staffing) or Domestic Staffing industry.
- Solid understanding of IT Recruitment processes including technical recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to source profiles effectively through multiple channels.
- Proficiency in End-to-End Recruitment lifecycle management.
