- Lead and manage architectural design and development for industrial/commercial projects.
- Prepare and review conceptual, detailed and working drawings.
- Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, details and construction drawings.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building bye-laws, NBC and relevant standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and site teams.
- Review drawings, material specifications and BOQs for accuracy.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design/drawing-related issues.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion of drawings.
- Guide junior architects/drafting team members.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural working drawings.
- Valuable understanding of industrial drawings and detailing.
