Job Description

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT Staffing and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Work on different IT requirements and build a strong candidate pipeline.




- Maintain candidate details and recruitment updates in the ATS.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Valuable knowledge of US recruitment processes.
- Experience with W2, C2C, H1B transfer, GC, EAD, OPT/CPT is preferred.
- Good sourcing and screening skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with job portals and Boolean search.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
- Comfortable working in the US shift.
