About the Role:-

- We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our sales team.

- The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, arranging property visits (atleast 15), and converting prospects into successful bookings.

- Key Responsibilities:-

- Generate and follow up with potential customers through calls, leads, references, and other channels.

- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.

- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and benefits.

- Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective customers.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.

- Build solid relationships with customers and provide excellent service.

- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

- Work actively toward achieving individual and team targets.

----The candidate will receive a fixed salary for the 2-month , subject to company policies and attendance/performance requirements.
