1. Education : IT reqs (BE/ B.tech CS/ MCA), for Engineering (B.tech Civil/EC/ME)
2. Experience: Must be having 3+ years of US Staffing exp. and Prior Core IT exp. will be a plus
3. Stability: Should have stability repo (1-2+ Years in previous org.)
4. Technically Sound: Understanding of Skills and have brief idea about tech terms used in IT/Engg hiring
5. AI Use: Have good hands-on exp. Using AI tools i.e., ChatGPT/Claude and Who has zeal to adapt current AI skills used in Staffing.
