- Manage resource allocation, deployment, and utilization.
- Track and manage bench resources.
- Handle demand requirements, profile sharing, and requirement closure.
- Coordinate selection processes.
- Manage resource onboarding, roll-offs, internal movements, and redeployment.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards related to utilization, bench, demand, and deployment.
- Coordinate with Delivery, Project Managers, HR, Finance, and Business teams.
- Maintain accurate resource data and support capacity planning and forecasting.
