Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
- Coordinate interviews between clients (hiring managers) and candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Provide ongoing support to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
- Solid understanding of C2H (Contract-to-Hire) model in technical recruitment.
- Proficiency in IT hiring, IT staffing, and technical recruitment processes.
