Key Requirements:
Good understanding of manual testing concepts
Experience in functional, regression, smoke, and UI testing
Ability to create and execute test cases and test scenarios
Basic understanding of defect lifecycle and bug reporting
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA or similar defect-tracking tools
Good analytical and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with development and QA teams
