Role Summary
We're looking for a 4D/5D BIM qualified to link 3D design models with project schedules (4D) and cost data (5D), helping project teams visualise construction sequencing, control budgets, and make faster, better-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop 4D construction simulations by linking BIM models with project schedules.
- Prepare 5D cost models, including quantity take-offs (QTO), BOQs, and cost estimates extracted from BIM models.
- Run sequencing and clash analysis to spot time and space conflicts before construction.
- Update models and simulations as design, schedule, or cost changes occur.
- Produce visual progress reports, planned vs actual comparisons, and cash-flow forecasts.
- Coordinate with design, planning, QS, and site teams to keep model data accurate.
- Follow BIM standards, the project BEP, and LOD requirements.
