Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, smart, and customer-focused Transfer Representative to manage airport-to-hotel transfers and ensure seamless coordination for guests, clients, and internal staff. The ideal candidate should be presentable, well-spoken, and capable of handling multiple transfers efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage airport arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth transfers for guests, clients, and internal/domestic guests..

2. Welcome guests at the airport and assist with luggage, transportation, and coordination.

3. Handle itineraries, travel schedules, and mandatory travel documents with accuracy and responsibility.

4. Coordinate with hotels, drivers, and internal departments for timely arrangements.

5. Communicate politely and effectively with guests, addressing queries with professionalism.

6. Track transfer movements, vehicle allocation, and reporting updates.

7. Resolve issues promptly in case of delays, changes, or unexpected situations.

Maintain service quality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

1.Male candidate preferred.

2.Minimum 1 year of experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or airport coordination.

3.Basic knowledge of hotels, accommodations, and major travel locations in India.

4.Strong understanding of airport procedures and general airport operations.

5.Fluent in English with excellent communication and guest-handling skills.

6.Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.

7.Proactive, quick decision-maker, and strong problem-solving ability.

8.Smart, presentable, and service-oriented.

Technical skills:

1.Valuable knowledge of mobile applications, GPS, and basic smartphone operations.

2.Ability to use email, WhatsApp, and communication tools professionally.
