Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Generate quality leads for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Analyse campaign data and implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars, creative concepts, reels, carousels, and stories.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, ad copy, and CTAs.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance.

Travel Marketing & Sales Support

- Promote domestic and international travel packages, destination weddings, and corporate travel services.
- Understand travel trends, seasonal demand, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and booking conversions.
- Support promotional campaigns,



limited-time offers, and festive travel campaigns.

Required Skills

- Basic to 2 years of experience in performance marketing and/or social media management.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager; Google Ads knowledge is an advantage.
- Understanding of lead generation, campaign optimisation, and marketing analytics.
- Positive copywriting, creative thinking, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Canva and social media scheduling tools is preferred.
- Travel, tourism, hospitality, or e-commerce experience is an advantage.
