Job Description: Executive Assistant

Job Location: Kharkhoda, Kirti Nagar

Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior management, coordinate daily activities, manage schedules, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the senior management's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes when required.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other official documents.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and important documents.
- Arrange business meetings, travel, and accommodation when required.




- Follow up on pending tasks and communicate updates to management.
- Handle day-to-day administrative activities and office coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information and management discussions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Robust follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in an administrative role is preferred.
