Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage chiller operations, including start-up, shutdown, and normal running procedures.

- Oversee cooling tower operations to ensure productive heat transfer and system performance.

- Monitor AHU (Air Handling Unit) and FCU (Fan Coil Unit) performance, identifying areas for improvement.

- Ensure proper functioning of all HVAC equipment by performing routine checks and maintenance tasks.

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize building services integration.
