Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries for domestic holiday packages, specialising in Kashmir & Goa, Himachal Pradesh, or Spiti Valley.
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budgets, and travel dates to recommend suitable packages.
- Prepare customised itineraries, quotations, and package proposals based on customer needs.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Explain package inclusions, exclusions, accommodation options, transportation, sightseeing, and payment terms clearly.
- Maintain solid destination knowledge, including popular attractions, seasonal travel conditions, itineraries, and package pricing.
- Negotiate with customers and handle queries or objections to maximise booking conversions.
- Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth booking confirmations and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and bookings in the CRM or sales tracking system.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business revenue and customer satisfaction.
