About the Role

We are hiring an Accounts Assistant for our client, a well-established business with over 30 years of experience in the import and wholesale distribution of automotive accessories.

We are looking for a polite, soft-spoken, responsible, and well-organised individual who can assist with daily accounting and office activities in a wholesale shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily billing, invoicing, and basic accounting entries.
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and payment records.
- Assist with banking activities and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate accounts and office records.
- Coordinate politely with customers, vendors, and team members.




- Support daily office and shop-related administrative work.

Candidate Requirements

- Basic knowledge of billing, accounting, and computer operations.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Tally, or billing software is preferred.
- Soft-spoken, polite, patient, and respectful communication is essential.
- Must be comfortable communicating in Hindi.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a wholesale shop-based office environment.
- Available to work six days a week during the mentioned hours.
- Candidates currently residing in Delhi, especially near Kashmere Gate, will be given preference.
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass. Practical experience will be preferred.
