Job Summary:
To ensure consistent quality of grease products by monitoring raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods. The role involves quality testing, process control, documentation, and supporting production to meet customer specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Inspect and test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished grease products.
2. Perform laboratory tests such as worked penetration, dropping point, consistency, oil separation, water resistance, and corrosion protection.
3. Ensure products comply with internal quality standards and customer specifications.
4. Prepare and maintain test reports, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and quality records.
5. Investigate quality issues, support root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
6. Coordinate with Production and RD teams to maintain consistent product quality.
7. Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment as per quality procedures.
8. Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and quality management systems.

Qualifications




Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petrochemicals, or a related discipline.

Experience
3-6 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, preferably in grease, lubricants, or petroleum products.

Required Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of grease testing methods and quality control procedures.
Familiarity with ASTM, IS, and other relevant testing standards.
Experience with laboratory instruments used for grease analysis.
Positive understanding of production quality control and documentation.
Knowledge of ISO quality systems and laboratory safety practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting.
